Billing Policy: Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a reservation. All reservations require a one night deposit to be paid by Visa, MasterCard or Discover at the time the reservation is taken. Any remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: If a reservation is cancelled earlier than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time, a refund will be issued by check in an amount equal to the deposit paid less a $20 handling fee for each room reserved. Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled check-in time are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued for early check-outs, or for cause of weather, unless St. George Island is under a mandatory evacuation order issued by the State of Florida or the County of Franklin. Emergencies qualifying for a refund are strictly limited to death or hospitalization of a direct family member of the person holding the original reservation – proof of same may be required prior to processing the refund.
